As a Chapter Director, you'll lead a team of student changemakers, collaborate with schools and community organizations, and deliver impactful parent education programs that strengthen families in your community.  

Becoming a Bright Beginnings Chapter Director is an opportunity to lead with purpose, create lasting impact in your community, and grow as a leader. You'll build and manage your own chapter, collaborate with schools and community organizations, and gain hands-on experience in leadership, project management, and community engagement, all while empowering families and strengthening your community.

As a Bright Beginnings Chapter Director, your dedication and impact are recognized throughout your leadership journey. You'll receive official Chapter Director recognition, opportunities to earn leadership certificates, and chances to showcase your chapter's achievements within a growing national community. Through your work, you'll build a portfolio of measurable community impact that highlights your commitment to leadership, service, and creating meaningful change.

Students who are motivated, responsible, and passionate about creating meaningful change in their communities. You don’t need previous nonprofit experience or an extensive list of achievements to get started. What matters most is your willingness to take initiative, collaborate with others, and bring your ideas to life. If you have the passion and commitment to lead, Bright Beginnings will provide the resources, guidance, and support needed to help ensure your chapter's success.

1. Submit Your Application

Complete a short online application and tell us about yourself, your leadership experience, and why you're passionate about bringing Bright Beginnings to your community.

2. Connect With Our Team

Upon successful registration of your chapter, an official Bright Beginnings Chapter President contract will be sent via email to all Chapter Leads that must be filled out ahead of the initiation of Bright Beginning's 2026-2027 term

3. Receive Your Chapter Toolkit

Once approved, you'll receive access to our workshop curriculum, branding materials, leadership resources, and ongoing mentorship to help launch your chapter with confidence.

4. Launch Your Chapter

Build your executive team, establish community partnerships, and begin hosting impactful workshops that empower parents and create lasting change in your community.
